Obviously, we want you to feel better as soon as possible. This is where we perform treatments like hands-on therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, soft tissue stretching, and whatever may be needed to get your inflammation down and feel a little more like yourself.

Phase 2: The Root Cause
Pain relief treatment is great, but unless we take the time to figure out the factors that went into causing your injury or condition, the problem will just come back, and this is where many patients get frustrated, and rightfully so. In this phase, we begin to focus on the root cause of your issue, what's wrong, and how to fix it to keep those symptoms at bay once and for all.

Phase 3: Perform Better
This is by far the most neglected phase in the rehab process. The symptoms are better and you know how to self-manage. Awesome! But are you ready to get back to the activities you want to do? This is where we support you in not just getting back to the sports or activities you love but keeping you there.
